Portrait of counselor Emily Hart

/ Biography /

A calm ally for anxious minds

Emily has spent nine years helping adults quiet relentless worry and rebuild trust in themselves. Her sessions blend cognitive behavioral tools with genuine warmth — structured enough to feel progress, human enough to feel safe.

Before Meadowlight, Emily counselled university students through exam seasons and first jobs, which taught her to translate therapy into language that works outside the therapy room. Clients describe her as direct, kind, and quietly funny.
