Find Your Way Back
to Each Other

For partners who love each other but keep missing each other — affair recovery, constant conflict, or quiet distance.

/ What it is /

A neutral room for two people

Couple therapy brings both partners into the same room with a therapist who takes no sides. Together you map the cycle you are stuck in — pursue and withdraw, criticize and defend — and practice a new way of reaching each other, in session and at home.

Sessions last 75 minutes so both voices get real airtime. Many couples come weekly at first, then fortnightly as things stabilize. Our therapists are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, the two most researched approaches to lasting change.

  • Communication breakdowns, recurring fights, and emotional distance
  • Affair recovery, trust repair, and premarital preparation
  • Take-home exercises plus our Couples Conversation Cards

From gridlock to teamwork

1. Joint first session. Your story as a couple, and what "better" would look like.
2. Individual check-ins. One session each, so the therapist understands both sides fully.
3. Weekly repair work. 75-minute sessions practicing new patterns together.
4. Maintenance. Monthly tune-ups once closeness holds on its own.

Couple therapy FAQs

Yes — many couples start that way. A good first session often turns reluctance into curiosity, and individual check-ins give the hesitant partner space to speak freely.

Often, yes — when both partners want to try. Recovery follows clear stages: stabilizing, understanding, and rebuilding. It is hard work, and many couples emerge stronger than before.

Never. Your therapist is an ally of the relationship itself — challenging each of you at times, but always in service of both of you.
